Yes, that appears to be a problem with some versions of the iPhone... It works correctly on some but not on others... There's not much we can do about it, sorry...

Hi, the app works fine until I want to zoom in using the + , to be specific I can zoom it in but when I touch the screen to move the map it jumps back to the previous page.
Is anyone else encountering the same problem? 
Should I try and re download the app?

That seems odd to me... I personally use an XP computer and it works perfectly using Internet Explorer 8... Do you not get the download window asking you whether you want to open the zip file or save it?

I am using Windows XP with IE 8.
Have tried many times and have not been able to download weather files.

I am having trouble downloading weather files from PassaeWeather.
When I click the Download button my weather screen pauses and then becomes blank.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

This may not be a totally new topic....  Anyone have insight on this?:

I be crossing the Atlantic on a cruise ship, leaving San Juan, PR heading to Tenerife, Canary Islands  I’ll be leaving San Juan on April 21st, and will arrive in Tenerife, Canary Islands on April 29th. 
 
Any ideas of what I can expect in terms of weather and ocean waves when crossing the Atlantic during that period of time and latitude?  What would it be like in the middle of the ocean?

Caribbean to Canaries
REFERENCE The following ....10_roll eye Jimmy Cornell / World Cruising Routes . Route AN105 Page 82 . Winds and currents page 17 and 38 . Passage weather North Atlantic .

HELP!!!...Banghead Everyone talks about traditional to Bermuda Azores route and complains about the variables and being becalmed or go north to get the westerlies and complain unsettled weather and the roaring forties storms.

Jimmy Cornell's route AN105 seems sensible has anyone done it? Is there any reason why one should not tack prior the the variables and keep in the great trade sailing winds and weather 05_cool, if you view Passage weather you can see the dulldrums of the variables the nasties of the westerlies and constant nice winds of the trades all be it against you! (I would prefere tacking the trades than battling the roaring forties providing they are tackable) again has anyone any experience to pass on?

Dave:

If you're using Windows then the best I've found is to just double click on the first image you want to see and that will open it using "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer", which is the default Windows image viewer... Then choose the "Start Slide Show" button under the image (or click F11)... If the animation speed is too slow for you then just use the right arrow key and do it manually...

I don't use a Mac so I can't help you there...
